SHIPPING
UK Delivery: Approx £3.87 per order. Delivered in 4-7 days.
Worldwide Shipping: Aye, we ship everywhere. Even to Fife. International shipping costs vary by location and will be shown at checkout.
Every item is made to order — that means it's printed fresh just for you. No sitting in a warehouse gathering dust. Because of this, please allow a wee bit of extra time compared to Amazon Prime. It's worth the wait.
HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?
Once you place your order, it typically takes 2-5 business days to print and ship. After that, UK delivery is usually 4-7 days. International orders can take a bit longer depending on where you are in the world.
You'll get a confirmation email with tracking info once your order ships, so you can stalk the postman to your heart's content.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Here's the thing — because every item is made to order (just for you, ya beauty), we can't accept general returns or exchanges for sizing.
BUT — if your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or there's a quality issue, we'll sort it out. Just:
1. Take a clear photo of the issue (on a flat surface, good lighting)
2. Contact us through the contact form with your order number and the photo
3. We'll get a replacement or refund sorted for you
You've got 30 days from delivery to report any quality issues.
CANCELLATIONS
Changed your mind? Nae bother — you can cancel or amend your order using the link in your confirmation email, as long as it hasn't gone to production yet. Once it's being printed, we cannae stop it.
PAYMENT
We accept:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Google Pay
All payments are processed securely. Your card details never touch our hands.
REFUNDS
If we approve a refund:
- PayPal: Back in your account within 24 hours
- Card: Back in your account within 7-10 business days (depends on your bank)
